This strategy supports partnerships and scalable production to meet distributor demands. The company plans to expand globally into diagnostic and therapeutic areas as market traction grows, addressing a field that has seen limited technological advancement.

SCOTT P. GERAGHTY
CEO / INVENTOR
FIREFIGHTER / PARAMEDIC
Scott, an Air Force veteran with over 22 years of experience as a paramedic and firefighter, is the CEO, Founder, and Inventor behind Monitoring for Life (MFL).
His expertise in emergency medical services has driven him to develop innovative solutions in airway management, particularly for critical care scenarios such as cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and brain injury. Through his problem solving skills, he has created products aimed at improving initial patient care and long-term patient survival.
MFL focuses on designing and manufacturing medical devices that enhance patient monitoring and treatment during early disease stages, supported by a strong management team dedicated to realizing this vision.
TYLER J. HARRINGTON
CINO / INVENTOR
Tyler obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. He gained valuable experience at Foliage Software Systems (now Altran Technologies S.A), ZOLL Medical Corporation and the Center for Bionic Medicine at The Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago.
Upon graduation, he spent over 10 years in the R&D department at ZOLL Medical Corporation in various Usability Engineering and Design Quality Assurance roles. Product experience includes cardiac monitors, defibrillators, ventilators, adjunct airway devices, and other various related acute care technologies.

DAVID A. MARSH
VP / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
David earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rochester, New York. He has been in the medical device and technology space for over 35 years; concentrated in the commercial area of business. He has headed numerous sales and business development teams, from Fortune 500 to start-up medical companies, with a strong record of success.
His product expertise covers multiple medical specialties, including respiratory, anesthesiology, endoscopy, cardiology, and oncology, to name a few. Sales channel and global business experience are two of his leading professional strengths.
